Privacy Policy
 Apps and Games

This policy covers every mobile application published by Sparks Financial Ventures Ltd (“we”, “us”, the “Service Provider”), and our website. Not every app does everything described here — some are free and supported by advertising, and some are paid and carry no advertising at all — so a section that describes something an app does not do simply does not apply to it.

Who we are

Sparks Financial Ventures Ltd, company number 513955922, Bror Hayil, Southern District, 7915200, Israel. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Privacy questions and requests: support@sparkgamestudio.com.

What we collect, and why

Device and usage information

Our apps collect information when you download and use them. This may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the screens you visit and how long you spend on them, your device type and language, operating system name and version, time zone, internet connection, and your advertising identifier.

We use it to run the app, diagnose faults, and understand which features are used.

Advertising

Some of our apps are free and supported by advertising. Those apps use third-party advertising and measurement services, which may collect device identifiers, approximate location, mobile network coverage and performance, the list of installed apps and usage statistics, and use them to select and measure advertising. Where the law requires your consent, this happens only after you give it, and you can change your mind at any time.

Our paid apps show no advertising and contain no advertising SDK.

Photographs you choose

Some of our apps work on photographs you pick — for example a wardrobe app that identifies the clothes in a picture and produces a clean cut-out of each garment. Where an app does that:

  • The image is sent over an encrypted connection to our own server, which forwards it to OpenAI for detection and image generation.

  • OpenAI receives the image together with a one-way cryptographic identifier derived from your account. It does not receive your account ID, your email address or your name, and it cannot link one request to another user.

  • The source photograph is deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Generated images are kept for up to 30 days, so a failed or repeated import does not charge you twice, and are then deleted.

  • What you build from them — your wardrobe, looks and plans — is stored on your device, not on our servers.

  • We do not use your photographs to train models, and we do not publish them.

Your account

Where an app has accounts, it creates one for you the first time it needs to talk to our server, initially without asking for anything about you. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or an emailed code, we also store your email address and, where the provider supplies it, your name. We may store preferences you choose during setup, such as an age range or a style, which shape what the app suggests to you.

Approximate location

If you allow it, an app may read your device's approximate location — for example to show the weather where you are, so outfit suggestions can match it. Those coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to fetch the forecast, and to your device's own operating system to turn them into a place name.

We do not store your coordinates on our servers. The app keeps the last reading on your device, rounded, so it does not have to ask again every time. You can refuse or withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings; everything else keeps working.

Purchases

Payments for digital items, credits and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details, and we offer no payment method outside the official stores. We receive which product was bought, when, whether it renewed, was cancelled or refunded, and a store transaction identifier.

Digital items are delivered as soon as the store confirms the purchase. Refund requests are handled by the store under its own policy.

Diagnostics and analytics

We record crashes and which features are used, so we can fix what breaks and improve what does not work. Where an app has accounts these records carry your account ID, and never your photographs.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we store a device token so we can send them — for example to tell you when a long-running import has finished.

Technical data on our own servers

Our servers see your IP address, as every server does. We do not keep it: it is converted to a one-way cryptographic value used to enforce rate limits, and read once to determine which country you are in so we know whether we are required to ask you for consent. The address itself is never written to our database.

Who else is involved

Each of these has its own privacy policy, and we suggest you read the ones that matter to you. Not every app uses every service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers. We may disclose information where the law requires it, where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety or to investigate fraud, and to service providers who work on our behalf and have no independent use of it.

Monedata

Monedata Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, privacy@monedata.io.

Some of our apps use third-party add-ons that collect varied data, which may include device identifiers, location, mobile network coverage and performance, installed apps list and usage stats. With your consent, this data is collected and shared with those third parties for analysis and measurement. You can change your mind at any time by changing your consent. To see the data collected and the list of partners, visit Monedata's Partners section.

Bright SDK

In return for some premium features, you may choose to be a peer on the Bright Data network. By doing so you agree that you have read and accepted the Bright SDK EULA. You may opt out at any time by choosing Opt-Out in that app's settings.

Transfers outside your country

Some of the services above are in the United States, and we are in Israel. Israel has an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Transfers to the United States are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or, where the recipient is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of that certification.

How long we keep things

  • Source photographs on our servers: 24 hours.

  • Generated images on our servers: 30 days.

  • What you build in an app: on your device, until you delete it or uninstall the app.

  • Account, credit ledger and analytics records: until you delete your account, or for as long as you use the app and a reasonable period afterwards where there is no account.

  • Purchase and refund records: kept after deletion, with no identifier linking them to you, because tax law requires accounting records to be kept for seven years.

Your rights, and deleting your data

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it elsewhere. Write to support@sparkgamestudio.com and we will answer within one month.

Where an app has accounts you can delete everything yourself from inside it — in Lia, under Profile → Delete Account. That removes your account, your credits, your imports and everything stored on the device. It cannot be undone.

You can also request deletion without installing anything, at sparkgamestudio.com/contact-us — write “delete my account”, name the app, and give the email address you signed in with. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

For an app with no account, uninstalling it stops all collection.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — in Lia under Profile → Privacy Choices, and elsewhere through the consent screen in that app's settings. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not direct our apps at them. Our games are not intended for anyone under 13, and Lia is not intended for anyone under 18. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, write to support@sparkgamestudio.com and we will take the necessary action.

Security

We provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process, and everything travels over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not keep what we do not need, which is the protection that does not depend on us being perfect.

Cookies on our website

This website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings; parts of the site may then work less well. Our apps do not use browser cookies — where they store something on your device, it is described above.

Links to other sites

Our apps and website can open pages that are not ours. This policy does not cover them. Read theirs before giving them anything.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will post the new version on this page, and where a change matters we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
