Where one of our apps has accounts, you can delete your account and everything in it at any time — either from inside the app or by asking us here. For an app with no account, uninstalling it removes what it stored.

From inside the app: in Lia — Your Styling Assistant, open Profile → Delete Account and confirm. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By request: use the form on this page, or write to support@sparkgamestudio.com. Include the words "delete my account" and the name of the app, plus the email address you signed in with, so we can find the account. We will delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted: your account and sign-in identity; any remaining AI credits and your credit history; every photograph and generated garment image still held on our servers; your usage records and your notification token. Deleting from inside the app also removes the wardrobe stored on your device. Deleting by request cannot reach your device — uninstall the app to remove that copy.

What is kept: records of purchases and refunds, because tax law requires us to keep accounting records; they are kept with no identifier linking them back to you. Source photographs are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing in any case, and generated garment images within 30 days, whether or not you ask us to delete your account.
