Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This page is for people in Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and other US states with consumer health data laws. It adds to the EasyFit Privacy Policy (sparkgamestudio.com/easyfit-privacy-policy), which describes everything in full. EasyFit: Lazy Home Workout is published by Sparks Financial Ventures Ltd, Bror Hayil, Southern District, 7915200, Israel. support@sparkgamestudio.com.
Consumer health data we collect, and why
-
Body: sex, birth year, height, current and goal weight, your weigh-ins (typed or read from a photo of your scale), and the body shapes you pick. To build your plan and show your progress.
-
Fitness: activity level, workouts, and the exercises and weights you log. To build and adjust your workouts.
-
Health: injuries or body areas to go easy on, pregnancy, and a medical condition you tell us about. To keep your plan safe, for example with no calorie deficit.
-
Nutrition: the meals you log, calories, water and fasting, and meal photos you ask us to estimate. For your meal log.
-
90-Day Challenge, if you join it: your target, your challenge weigh-in photos and the weights read from them. To run the challenge and check your result.
-
That you use EasyFit and whether you start a trial or subscription. To measure our ads, only with your consent (below).
Steps from Apple Health or Health Connect are read on your phone only. We never collect them.
Where it comes from
From you: your answers, what you log, and the photos you choose to take in the app.
Who receives it
-
Service providers that handle it only for us and only to run EasyFit: Supabase (our database), OpenAI (reads a meal or scale photo when you ask), PostHog (analytics: coarse answers such as an age or BMI range and areas to go easy on, never exact numbers), Superwall (shows the offer screen for your goal and weight), RevenueCat (purchase status).
-
Tremendous delivers 90-Day Challenge gift cards. It receives your email address, the amount and the store, and no health data.
-
Advertising partners, only if you agree on the consent screen: through Adjust, Meta, TikTok and Google learn that you installed and use EasyFit and whether you start a trial or subscription, with your email address in hashed form. They never receive your weight, your answers or anything you log. You can withdraw this consent at any time in Me › Privacy & legal.
We do not sell consumer health data, and no affiliate of ours receives it.
Your rights
You can ask us:
-
to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and for a copy of it, with a list of every third party and affiliate we shared it with and how to contact them;
-
to delete it (or delete your account yourself in Me › Privacy & legal › Delete account);
-
to withdraw a consent you gave.
Write to support@sparkgamestudio.com. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time we tell you within those 45 days, and take at most 45 more.
If we turn down your request, reply to our answer with the word “Appeal”. We decide within 45 days and tell you why. If you still disagree, you can contact your state's Attorney General (Washington: atg.wa.gov; Nevada: ag.nv.gov; Connecticut: portal.ct.gov/ag).
Changes
We will post a new version here, and tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect.
